1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the Viberest B2B Reseller Portal, you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, corporate travel agency, or other legal entity, you warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind such entity to these reseller parameters.
2. Reseller Rights & Pricing
Viberest grants qualified B2B partners a non-exclusive, revocable right to resell wholesale eSIM packages to retail clients, end-users, or sub-agents. Resellers are solely responsible for setting their own retail prices and markups. Viberest guarantees the wholesale costs listed inside the B2B catalog upon instant purchase, but reserves the right to modify baseline wholesale rates dynamically based on global operator tariffs.
3. Account Balances & Margin Payouts
Reseller commission margins are credited to the partner balance immediately upon retail purchase confirmation. Payout ledger payouts are processed weekly (or as designated in your tier configuration) via Wise or bank transfers. Partners must maintain precise billing data and verify all transaction logs. Viberest reserves the right to withhold payouts under investigation of fraudulent card activities or chargebacks.
4. Technical SLAs & End-User Support
Viberest provides a 99.9% uptime SLA for eSIM generation webhooks and wholesale APIs. Partners are responsible for providing direct tier-1 end-user customer support to their retail clients. Viberest provides dedicated tier-2 technical assistance to B2B resellers through the B2B settings portal and helpdesk pings.
5. Termination & Access Closure
Viberest reserves the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete B2B partner accounts with immediate effect in the event of violation of fair-use APIs, spamming eSIM activation profiles, or engaging in unauthorized white-label proxy activities.
